Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance distributed systems for the 2026 Initiative.
- Lead technical strategy, conducting code reviews, and establishing engineering best practices across the team.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic roadmaps into actionable technical specifications.
- Optimize system architectures for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., advanced ML pipelines, quantum-resistant cryptography) into the core stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep knowledge of asynchronous programming.
- Strong experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to design fault-tolerant systems capable of handling massive concurrency.
- Background in Machine Learning infrastructure and MLOps is a significant plus.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to drive consensus in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
