Responsibilities
- Architect and design next-generation distributed systems capable of scaling to petabyte-level data throughput by 2026.
- Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models directly into core infrastructure for predictive maintenance and automation.
- Define and enforce enterprise-wide technical standards, ensuring code quality, security, and performance across all development teams.
- Conduct architectural reviews and technical deep-dives to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
- Mentor junior and mid-level architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic roadmaps into executable technical strategies.
- Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations and cybersecurity best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) with a focus on serverless and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems theory, concurrency, and system reliability engineering.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and post-quantum cryptography is a significant plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
