Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and oversee the technical strategy for the upcoming 2026 product suite, integrating cutting-edge Generative AI with legacy infrastructure.
- System Design: Design high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and code excellence within the engineering team.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for product managers and executive stakeholders.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure all architectural decisions comply with modern data privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA).
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system health and drive performance optimizations to ensure 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Core Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience designing microservices architectures.
- AI/ML Integration: Proven track record of integrating Machine Learning models into production environments.
- Cloud Mastery: Advanced proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architecture.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, distributed system failures under pressure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
