Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI and machine learning infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure system architectures that can handle the demands of 2026.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Prototype & Innovate: Spearhead POCs (Proof of Concepts) for emerging technologies, including quantum computing and advanced neural networks.
- Code Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go; strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Hands-on experience with LLMs, computer vision, or predictive modeling is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
