Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of advanced machine learning algorithms, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Natural Language Processing.
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure for training and deploying large-scale models with low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research breakthroughs into production-ready products.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, model fairness, and ethical AI usage.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to the open-source community.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers and data scientists within the research team.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and LLM fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with distributed training frameworks (e.g., Ray, Horovod, Spark).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
