Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI and future tech integration, specifically aligning with our 2026 vision.
- R&D Management: Lead research initiatives into emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and predictive analytics.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of scalable, high-performance AI systems that can handle enterprise-grade data loads.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of excellence, guiding junior developers and senior architects in best practices for machine learning and software engineering.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and product teams.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize AI models for accuracy, latency, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead technical role focused on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is required.
- Architecture: Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and system design principles.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to stay ahead of industry trends and apply them to solve business-critical problems.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
