Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end deep learning pipelines for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead a team of senior ML engineers in optimizing model performance and inference speed.
- Define technical strategies for integrating Generative AI into legacy systems.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all models.
- Mentor junior talent and establish coding standards for the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and software architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of scaling AI models to production environments.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to stakeholders.
