Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for AI-driven product features leading up to 2026.
- Design scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Lead the architecture review process to ensure code quality, security, and performance.
- Mentor and develop senior engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, R&D) to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in Generative AI and Quantum Computing integration.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models into production environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive technical strategy and influence stakeholders.
