Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Neural Network architectures capable of real-time decision making.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI models tailored for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into legacy systems.
- Ensure data integrity, privacy compliance, and ethical AI standards across all projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize model performance for low-latency deployment on cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning principles, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong track record of delivering production-ready AI products.
