Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and architectural roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance distributed systems for machine learning inference and training.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists to drive technical excellence and mentorship.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI requirements into robust engineering solutions.
- Optimize algorithms and system latency to ensure real-time performance in critical applications.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in deep learning, NLP, and edge computing.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent extensive industry experience.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Generative AI architectures.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and modern frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
