Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures using Python, C++, and Rust.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of 10+ senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and industry standards.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum researchers to bridge classical AI with quantum computing paradigms.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency across global edge networks.
- Ethical AI: Implement frameworks to ensure AI fairness, transparency, and compliance with emerging global regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect role within high-scale tech environments.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; experience with functional programming paradigms.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex, ambiguous problems in dynamic environments.
