Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering teams in a startup or tech giant environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for solving complex, open-ended problems.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
