Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Guide a team of engineers in exploring emerging technologies, including Multimodal AI and Edge AI deployment.
- Strategic Vision: Define the 2026 technology vision and translate abstract concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment of models to ensure low latency, high throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into the end-user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture leadership.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Generative AI, Transformer models, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and Vector Databases.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams and driving technical innovation.
