Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for AI and machine learning systems leading up to 2026.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance of all AI deployments.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in artificial intelligence and apply insights to our products.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps tools.
- Strong proficiency in Python and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project lifecycles.
