Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, aligning AI capabilities with business goals.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance machine learning infrastructure that can handle millions of transactions.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in the design, deployment, and optimization of proprietary AI models.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model ethics, and AI safety standards within the organization.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
- Monitor industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing) ahead of the curve.
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts before full-scale production rollout.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; equivalent practical experience is highly valued.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of successfully deploying large-scale AI solutions in production environments.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and system resilience.
