Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design scalable microservices architecture capable of handling high-volume data streams.
- Lead a team of senior engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and enforce best practices for security and performance.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and data pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
