Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep understanding of 2026-grade scalable systems and distributed computing.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performance engineering teams.
