As a trainee, you will work on real-world projects for our clients, learning directly from senior engineers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Code Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Debugging & Testing: Identify and fix bugs to ensure seamless user experiences across various devices and browsers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design teams to translate wireframes into high-fidelity web interfaces.
- Version Control: Utilize Git and GitHub for collaborative coding practices and code reviews.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for all developed features.
- Learning: Actively participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and technical workshops to accelerate your growth.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm to Learn: A genuine passion for coding and the desire to master web development from the ground up.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable navigating operating systems and using the internet.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps.
- Communication: Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to peers and mentors.
- Availability: Full-time availability (40 hours per week) to commit to the training schedule.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
