Responsibilities
- Build responsive, cross-browser compatible websites using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Implement front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify)
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect code
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 compliance)
- Debug and troubleshoot front-end issues using Chrome DevTools
- Participate in agile development cycles (Scrum) with daily stand-ups
- Contribute to code reviews and documentation best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years professional web development experience
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Less), and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and responsive design principles
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and AJAX
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ live web projects
