Responsibilities
- Create user-centered wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, stakeholders)
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Develop and maintain design documentation and style guides
- Present design solutions to clients and internal stakeholders
- Stay updated on UX trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking (projects welcome from school, personal work, or hackathons)
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD)
- Basic understanding of user research methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Passion for creating intuitive user experiences
