Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions within the agile team.
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective fixes.
- Assist in the testing and deployment of new features and updates to our client platforms.
- Engage in continuous learning by staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (graduates welcome).
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (variables, loops, functions) in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Git version control is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to debugging.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Chicago, IL, and commute to the downtown office.
