Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior developers to build and maintain scalable software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve code quality within the team.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues to ensure optimal application performance and user experience.
- Engage in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Learn and master new technologies and tools as required by project needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically to solve complex problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills; comfortable communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Learning Agility: A genuine eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) and relocate to the New York area (or work in Charlotte, NC).
