Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain Code: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for web and mobile applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Debug & Test: Identify and resolve software defects to ensure high-quality deliverables and smooth user experiences.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers to define requirements.
- Learn & Adapt: Quickly master new technologies and programming languages as our tech stack evolves.
- Documentation: Create clear technical documentation and comments to ensure code maintainability.
- Support: Assist in troubleshooting production issues and providing technical support to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript) and a willingness to learn more.
- Logic & Math: Strong problem-solving abilities and a solid grasp of algorithms and data structures.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (like Git) and basic understanding of database concepts (SQL).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and feedback.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time in our Houston office (Hybrid/On-site available).
