Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and senior engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development ceremonies to ensure project milestones are met.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) to ensure product quality.
- Learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#).
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Basic knowledge of web development concepts (HTML, CSS, REST APIs).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player mindset.
