Responsibilities
- Code Development: Assist the development team in writing clean, scalable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior developers.
- Debugging & Testing: Participate in unit testing and QA processes to identify and fix bugs in existing applications.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation and write clear comments within the codebase to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Collaboration: Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Learning: Proactively learn new programming languages, frameworks, and best practices to stay current with industry trends.
- Requirements Analysis: Help translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Basics: Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into logical steps.
- Tool Proficiency: Basic understanding of Git, version control, and database concepts (SQL).
- Eagerness to Learn: A strong desire to master new technologies and a self-starter attitude.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
