As a Junior QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our software products are bug-free and provide an excellent user experience. You will work closely with senior developers and product managers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment in Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the manual testing of web and mobile applications under the guidance of senior QA engineers.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs using our internal ticketing system.
- Execute test cases and verify that software fixes meet the specified requirements.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand technical requirements and test scenarios.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to stay aligned with project goals.
- Perform regression testing to ensure new features do not break existing functionality.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- No prior professional experience required—we provide training!
- Strong attention to detail and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of computer systems and the ability to navigate software interfaces.
