Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and processing of large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can drive business decisions.
- Conduct basic statistical analysis to support A/B testing and forecasting models.
- Document data processes and create technical documentation for junior team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with SQL (basic queries and joins) or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
