- Assist senior analysts in creating interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Perform basic statistical analysis to uncover trends and insights that drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Document data processes and maintain accurate databases to support ongoing operations.
- Conduct research on emerging data trends and best practices to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is essential; experience with SQL or Python is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated attitude with a desire to grow within a fast-paced tech environment.
