Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preparation of raw datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform basic data analysis using Excel and SQL to support key business objectives.
- Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs.
- Document data sources, processes, and analytical methodologies to maintain a knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science) or equivalent professional experience.
- No prior professional experience required; we are looking for potential and a strong willingness to learn.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Index/Match.
- Basic understanding of SQL or a proven aptitude for learning technical languages quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences clearly and effectively.
