Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel
- Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate trends to stakeholders
- Assist in developing predictive models to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Document processes and maintain data quality standards
- Participate in sprint planning and agile development cycles
- Present findings to non-technical leadership teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Basic understanding of SQL queries and database structures
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Portfolio demonstrating personal or academic data projects (bonus)
