Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather and compile data from various internal sources to support business reporting needs.
- Data Cleaning & Preparation: Perform basic data cleaning and formatting to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Generate Reports: Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards to present findings to the team.
- Support Analysis Projects: Work under the guidance of senior analysts to uncover trends and insights that drive business decisions.
- Database Management: Help maintain and update our data warehouses and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.
- No Experience Required: This is an entry-level role; we value potential and attitude over prior work history.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data patterns.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
