Responsibilities
- Prompt Strategy & Design: Develop complex, multi-step prompts that elicit high-quality outputs from LLMs like GPT-4 and Claude.
- Model Optimization: Continuously refine prompt structures to improve response accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and enhance user experience.
- Data Curation: Create and maintain high-quality training datasets to fine-tune language models for specific business domains.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and data scientists to integrate AI features into our products.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct rigorous testing and A/B experiments to measure prompt effectiveness and iterate on strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or data science.
- Linguistic Aptitude: Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, tone, and rhetorical structure.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Python, SQL, or basic machine learning concepts is highly desirable.
