Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, organize, and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop intuitive visual dashboards (using Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze historical data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive strategic decision-making.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex data into easy-to-understand insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and support their goals.
- Process Improvement: Assist in optimizing data workflows and identifying areas for operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; internship experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) is essential. Familiarity with SQL or Python is a strong advantage.
