Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and formatting of large datasets to ensure high-quality data for analysis.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports using Microsoft Excel and visualization tools.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets.
- Support the development and maintenance of interactive dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand business requirements and translate them into data queries.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy in all reporting outputs.
- Document data processes and contribute to the improvement of our data management workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Basic knowledge of SQL or proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Charts) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
