Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather data from various sources and perform routine cleaning to ensure accuracy and consistency for reporting.
- Create Visualizations: Build interactive dashboards and charts in Tableau or Power BI to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Support Reporting: Assist the senior analytics team in generating weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Conduct Basic Analysis: Perform statistical analysis on datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Database Management: Help maintain and query databases using SQL to retrieve specific data points.
- Documentation: Document data processes and methodologies to ensure team knowledge is shared.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts) is required.
- SQL Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex data to business teams.
