Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, organize, and clean large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Assist in building and maintaining interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis and trend identification to help stakeholders make informed decisions.
- Database Support: Write and optimize basic SQL queries to extract data from our relational databases.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business) or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is essential. Familiarity with SQL or Python is a strong plus but not required.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data patterns.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Willingness to learn and master industry-standard data visualization and analysis tools.
