Responsibilities

• Monitor Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems for suspicious activities and potential threats.
• Assist in the investigation and triage of security alerts and incidents.
• Support the maintenance of security policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Conduct basic vulnerability assessments and patch management tasks under supervision.
• Participate in red and blue team exercises to understand defensive and offensive strategies.
• Document findings and communicate technical issues to senior security engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the cybersecurity domain.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Clearance to work in the United States.
