Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic troubleshooting
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system resolutions
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and protocol implementation
- Support office AV equipment setup and maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and customer service aptitude
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in varied physical environments
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
