Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for corporate clients
- Install/configure workstations, networks, and cloud services
- Provide Tier 1 customer support via phone, chat, and remote access
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data backup systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions and skill assessments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Customer service experience with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Strong written/verbal communication in English and Spanish
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for rotating weekend on-call duty (1:5 rotation)
