Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for 200+ employees
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/macOS workstations and peripherals
- Assist with network troubleshooting, including VPN connectivity and Wi-Fi issues
- Document IT processes and maintain asset inventory in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and security patches
- Deliver user training on Microsoft 365 and productivity tools
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ preferred
- Basic knowledge of OS troubleshooting and TCP/IP fundamentals
- Strong customer service skills with patience and clear communication
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
- Valid Alaska driver's license for occasional site visits
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Flexible availability including occasional weekends
