Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
- Assist with network infrastructure setup and monitoring
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex projects
- Participate in daily training modules and skill assessments
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone/in-person support
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service aptitude
- Ability to lift 25lbs and work in standing positions
