Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop/laptop systems
- Document and resolve service tickets using ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network infrastructure monitoring and maintenance
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and data protection protocols
- Support end-users with Microsoft 365 and cloud applications
- Contribute to IT asset management and inventory control
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in IT preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and apply them in real-world scenarios
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
