Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist with network configuration, security protocols, and system maintenance
- Document support tickets and maintain accurate knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and deployments
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to master new technologies
- Contribute to IT asset management and inventory tracking
- Support office technology setup and user onboarding
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience a plus
