Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Manage service tickets using Jira/ServiceNow with SLA-driven prioritization
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and enterprise applications
- Document solutions in knowledge base and create user training materials
- Collaborate with network/infrastructure teams on escalated technical issues
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential disruptions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of enterprise-level help desk or desktop support experience
- CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- Expert troubleshooting skills for Windows OS, Office 365, and Active Directory
- Proficiency in remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and ticketing systems
- Strong written/verbal communication with empathy-driven customer service approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight SLA constraints
