Responsibilities
- Assist with hardware/software installation, configuration, and maintenance across enterprise systems
- Provide Tier 1 support for end-user technical issues via ticketing systems and direct communication
- Participate in network monitoring, security audits, and system backup procedures
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles for team reference
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects and system upgrades
- Complete weekly training modules and certification preparation assignments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn technical procedures quickly
- Excellent communication skills with customer service mindset
- CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent experience) highly desirable
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site visits
