Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems
- Assist with network troubleshooting and security protocols
- Document IT processes and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Participate in training sessions and certification preparation
- Support internal IT infrastructure maintenance
Qualifications
