Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems across 200+ endpoints
- Resolve Level 1-2 tickets via ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles
- Shadow senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training period
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system migrations
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT/CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Strong written/verbal communication abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background/drug screening
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment handling
- CompTIA Network+ certification preferred
