Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Monitor network infrastructure using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Participate in vendor management for hardware/software procurement
- Complete industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) during training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Customer service experience or technical aptitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
