Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/macOS systems and network equipment
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles for team reference
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments and migrations
- Monitor ticket queues in ServiceNow and maintain SLA compliance
- Participate in bi-weekly security awareness training sessions
- Assist with onboarding new employees and equipment setups
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP protocols
- Customer service experience with strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment installations
