Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Assist with network administration tasks including VPN setup and firewall monitoring
- Document support tickets and maintain accurate knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Participate in ongoing training programs to master emerging technologies
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including patch management and access control
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certifications preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work flexible hours
- Valid driver's license (required for occasional site visits)
